This online calculator counts the exact number of days you've been alive from your birth date to today, and converts that total into weeks and months for a few different ways to picture the same span of time. It's a fun way to see your life in numbers, or to spot an upcoming round-number milestone day.

Born on June 12, 1994, checked on September 2, 2026: that's11,770 days alive, or about 1,681 weeks and 386 months.

Common mistakes

Estimating with 365.25 days per year. This calculator counts actual calendar days including every leap day, which is more precise than a flat yearly average.
Treating the months figure as exact. The months conversion is an approximation (days ÷ 30.44) for readability — the days total is the precise figure.
Missing your own milestone days. Big round numbers like day 10,000 (about 27 years old) are popular personal milestones — check back periodically to see how close you are.
